Our Mission

We strive to deepen collective knowledge and appreciation of our shared history—acknowledging racial oppression, celebrating resilience, and upholding the ongoing struggle for civil and human rights.

Our What and Our How

Recognizing the urgent need to promote racial awareness, strengthen communal bonds, and advance reconciliation, Race Relations Tours was born out of thoughtful dialogue and a commitment to action. What began as an idea evolved into a movement—an opportunity for citizens to celebrate unity in diversity through shared experiences.

Through intentional engagement, education, and faith-driven reflection, we cultivate spaces where individuals and organizations can come together to foster genuine understanding and improved race relations.

our vision

We stand in solidarity with our community partners, rejecting hate and intolerance while actively working to dismantle systemic racism. Through education, engagement, and faith-based principles, we strive to create a society rooted in equality, justice, and lasting reconciliation.

a commitment to growth & Renewed Undertaking

Following the groundbreaking success of the 2023 Social Justice Civil Rights Tour, RRT has embraced an expanded mission: to renew and amplify efforts that unite predominantly Black and predominantly White congregations in collaboration with community organizations. Together, we will continue forging connections that inspire change and empower communities.

Our Guiding Biblical Principle…

“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

— Mark 12:31
